“Mel has totally changed my approach to conditioning and fitness, with a huge focus on training to strengthen all the parts of the body I need to do the sports that I want to do. I started to work with Mel because I slipped a disc in my back and was unable to run or play football without muscle pulls and pain. “I really enjoyed my time training with Mel. I mostly wanted to work on my legs with Mel since I had a chronic knee pain . I also wanted her to help me introduce dynamism to my workout routines. By the end of our sessions, my knee pain was hardly there. Half way through I was able to play soccer without much pain at all. The variety of exercises we did got me much fitter and stronger all round. I also feel much more confident in the gym now.
